Summary
JAT Asia Pacific Tank Solutions completed the design, fabrication, and installation of a 4,000 m³ glass-fused steel tank equipped with a Trough Deck Roof (TDR) and steel stair tower in Caboolture, Australia.
The project was engineered to meet Australian standards and integrated multiple materials and coatings—including carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless 316—across five specialized fabrication shops in Vietnam.
All components were prefabricated and dimensionally verified for compatibility with existing tank bolt holes, eliminating on-site drilling and allowing fast and safe assembly.
The roof and stair tower were pre-assembled and inspected as per ITP requirements, ensuring precise alignment, high-quality finish, and structural compliance.
This project highlights JAT's expertise in integrated design, prefabrication, and turnkey installation, delivering complex water storage structures efficiently and to international quality standards.
