Summary
JAT Asia Pacific Tank Solutions successfully completed the installation of 18 sparger supports on 3 large process tanks at a gold processing facility in Burkina Faso.
All components were prefabricated in advance, with every measurement and bolt-hole position calculated to match the existing tank structure. This allowed the team to arrive on-site, drill, and perform fast assembly with minimal downtime.
The spargers are designed to distribute air or gas evenly throughout the tanks, enhancing aeration, mixing efficiency, and overall process performance in gold recovery operations.
The project was executed with precision and adherence to strict QA/QC standards, demonstrating JAT's capability to deliver efficient, safe, and high-quality field installation solutions in demanding environments.
